Who we are

Team STASIS is the home of a small group of student game artists from De Montfort University tasked with creating a playable game level from absolute scratch, utilising the UDK development software.

From concepting, visual design, research, asset building, level progression and finished pieces, this blog records the progression from 19th January to 30th March 2011.

Team members include Arron Manchester, Sam Clarke, Izzy Kahn, Sai Ali, Steven Jones and Tom Edwards.

Where are we leading??

Here is some quick reference I got from the net just to give me a quick idea on what aspects we will be focusing on.





See basically were going for the idea of one of the floors being slightly flooded just to your ankles. In that way on one of the scenes the character will notice some kind of footprint leading to a room.
Now that gives him two questions....
Shall i go to that room?
Would it be safe?
Well that’s for you to decide....choose wisely...





we might do our third floor in this kind of style where its flooded!!

Anyway...

We all decided as a group that our environment will be clean! As professional serial killers never like to leave evidence behind but he might leave something ...the hint could be left there in purpose just to give you a sense of challenge or left there by an accident... again that is for you to decide??? Entering more rooms will give you the answer...will you take the chance??
